2.Structure type:

(1) The table is fixed, the gantry frame is movable, and the gantry adopts the international advanced bridge-type gantry movable structure, aging treatment, and imported five-sided milling.
(2) The gantry moves in the Y direction, the support arms are placed on both sides of the worktable, the beams are fixed on the support arms, the X-axis slide moves laterally along the gantry beam guide rail, and the Z-axis moves up and down along the X-axis slide, which is used for hollowing Milling, drilling, grooving, profile cutting and grinding (engraving)

(2) The bed and beam are deep processed by the well-known brand pentahedron machining center, and the structural accessories such as the gantry support arm are deep processed by the well-known brand machining center, so that the equipment has excellent parallelism and three-axis perpendicularity. The straightness gauge calibrates the guide rail straightness.
